Your Pilates Membership. Your HSA/FSA Benefits.
Investing in your health just got a little easier. Eligible members can now use their HSA/FSA benefits to seek reimbursement for Studio 12 Pilates memberships through our partnership with Flex.
Eligibility and reimbursement are not guaranteed.
How it works: Three simple steps
-
Complete a quick, approximately 2-minute consultation with a licensed provider through Flex. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity, typically within two hours.
Consultation fee: $15, listed by Flex as HSA/FSA eligible.
-
Once you've completed the consultation, purchase your membership using your regular payment method. Continue enjoying your Pilates classes as usual.
Do not use your HSA/FSA card directly at Studio 12 checkout.
-
Submit your Letter of Medical Necessity and Studio 12 Pilates receipt to your HSA/FSA administrator for review and reimbursement.
Flex states that qualifying letters are valid for one year for future expenses.
