Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.

Classes & Booking

Classes can be booked through our website or app. Simply create an account, select your class, and reserve your spot.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if it’s your first class.

For safety and to avoid disrupting class, late entry may not be permitted.

We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. Cancellations made within 12 hours will be treated as a late cancel, and both late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $15 fee.
We do offer a 2-hour grace period after booking to cancel without penalty, provided the class is not within the 12-hour window. All cancellations must be completed through your account while signed in.
Please note that if a class is fully booked, reservations made through third-party platforms may be removed to prioritize our direct clients and members.

Yes, if a class is full you can join the waitlist and will be automatically added if a spot opens.
