Studio 12 Pilates is Folsom’s premier boutique Pilates experience, thoughtfully created for those who want more than just a workout and more than just a membership.

With only 8 reformers per class, our studio is intentionally small, allowing our instructors to know our members, personalize their experience, and create the kind of welcoming atmosphere that can get lost in a larger studio.

But what truly makes Studio 12 different is everything that happens beyond the reformer.
