Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Studio 12 Pilates, we are committed to providing an exceptional boutique fitness experience. To ensure fairness for all clients and to maintain the integrity of our class schedule, the following policies apply to all purchases made through Studio 12 Pilates.

By purchasing a membership, class package, session, retail item, beverage, or any other product or service from Studio 12 Pilates, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Except where required by applicable law, Studio 12 Pilates does not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly memberships

  • Membership enrollment or activation fees

  • Class packs

  • Introductory offers

  • Promotional offers or special pricing

  • Drop-in classes

  • Private sessions

  • Workshops or special events

  • Gift cards

  • Merchandise, apparel, grip socks, accessories, or retail products

  • Beverages and food items

  • Late cancellation fees

  • No-show fees

  • Account charges

  • Any other products or services offered by Studio 12 Pilates

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Relocation

  • Vacation or travel

  • Illness or injury

  • Failure to attend booked classes

  • Dissatisfaction with class times, instructors, or programming

  • Failure to use purchased classes before expiration

  • Accidental purchases

  • Forgetting to cancel a reservation

  • Personal circumstances that prevent attendance

Unused classes, memberships, or other purchases have no cash value and are not eligible for refund.

Membership Cancellations

Memberships may be canceled in accordance with the Membership Agreement and any required notice period.

Cancellation of a membership does not entitle the member to a refund for:

  • Previous membership payments

  • Partial months

  • Unused classes

  • Unused membership benefits

  • Missed reservations

Membership dues that have already been processed are non-refundable.

Class Reservations

Clients are responsible for managing their own reservations through the Studio 12 Pilates booking platform.

A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.

Reservations canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will be considered a Late Cancel and will incur the applicable late cancellation fee or class deduction.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled class without canceling will be considered a No Show and will incur the applicable no-show fee or class deduction.

Late cancellation and no-show fees are final and non-refundable.

Class Packs & Intro Offers

Class packs, introductory offers, and promotional packages:

  • Are non-refundable.

  • May not be exchanged.

  • May not be transferred to another individual.

  • Must be used before their stated expiration date, if applicable.

Unused classes remaining after expiration are forfeited and will not be reinstated, refunded, or credited.

Retail Merchandise & Beverages

All retail merchandise, apparel, grip socks, accessories, beverages, and food sales are final.

Studio 12 Pilates does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by law or if an item is defective at the time of purchase.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you authorize Studio 12 Pilates to charge the payment method provided for all purchases, memberships, fees, and applicable charges.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge does not cancel your contractual obligations under this policy or your Membership Agreement.

Studio 12 Pilates reserves the right to provide documentation, signed agreements, attendance records, booking history, cancellation records, communications, and payment records to financial institutions in response to any payment dispute.

Accounts with outstanding balances resulting from reversed or disputed charges may be suspended until all amounts owed are paid in full.

Membership Cancellation Procedure

Studio 12 Pilates memberships automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis until properly canceled.

To cancel an auto-renewing membership, members must submit a written cancellation request by email to studiotwelvepilates@gmail.com. Cancellation requests submitted through social media, text message, phone call, voicemail, in person, or through third parties will not be accepted unless Studio 12 Pilates expressly confirms acceptance in writing.

A membership cancellation request is considered received only after it has been delivered to studiotwelvepilates@gmail.com. Members are responsible for ensuring their request has been successfully sent and should retain a copy of their email for their records.

Memberships will continue to renew, and all scheduled membership dues will continue to be charged, until a valid cancellation request is received and processed in accordance with the Membership Agreement and any applicable notice period.

Failure to submit a cancellation request to studiotwelvepilates@gmail.com does not relieve a member of their obligation to pay recurring membership dues. Membership charges processed before a valid cancellation request is received are non-refundable.

Studio Discretion

Studio 12 Pilates reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances. Any exception granted on one occasion shall not create an obligation to grant similar exceptions in the future.

Policy Changes

Studio 12 Pilates reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website and shall become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
