Sarah discovered her passion for Pilates after exploring a variety of fitness disciplines and was drawn to its unique ability to build strength, control, and a deeper connection to the body.
As a Folsom area local and co-owner of Studio 12 Pilates, she is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients of all experience levels can feel challenged, confident, and empowered. Sarah is dedicated to helping every member move with intention and leave each class feeling stronger than when they arrived.
Ally O.
Ally brings a lifelong passion for movement to every class. With a background as an athlete and co-owner of Studio 12 Pilates, she values Pilates for its intentional approach to building strength, balance, and body awareness. Her classes are designed to be both challenging and approachable, helping clients develop confidence, control, and a deeper connection to their movement.
Passionate about creating an encouraging and welcoming environment, Ally is dedicated to supporting members of all experience levels as they build strength, improve mobility, and reach their individual goals.
